Telecommunications and Automated Contact Authorization

You (“Vital Card Member”), by providing us your mobile phone number and any additional physical or electronic contact address now or in the future, are granting permission to be contacted by us (“Vital Card”), our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf related to your credit card, account, or relationship with Vital Card.

You consent to receive all forms of electronic and voice communication to include SMS messages (including text messages), calls and messages, calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and messages delivered using auto telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system. Automated messages may be played upon answer or open by anyone with access to the receiving device. If an agent or representative calls, a message may be left on your answering machine, voice mail, or through SMS or text. 

You certify, warrant, and represent that any physical or electronic contact number, mobile number, or other address is your contact number. You represent that you are allowed to receive communication at the phone numbers and electronic addresses provided. You agree to alert us when your personal information changes and you should no longer be contacted at the numbers or addresses provided.

You can withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically at any time. Your withdrawal of consent will become effective after we have had a reasonable opportunity to act upon it. To withdraw your consent to receive Communications electronically, you must contact us by e-mailing at If you withdraw consent, your access to all Products will be terminated and any account you have with us will be closed and funds will be returned to you in accordance with the account agreement. If you withdraw consent, the legal validity and enforceability of prior Communications delivered in electronic form will not be affected.
